In 2022, all of the rooms at Prentiss House were updated to give the former inn a contemporary face lift and amenities were added to maximize the functionality of each room for business and leisure travelers alike. Most historical aspects of the original 1883 house that remained were preserved through this upgrade so you can still feel the rich history and period architecture. 

There are four main room types to choose from and within those room types each room is unique. We have standard rooms that offer basic amenities all the way up to king suites that have separate living room areas and additional sleeping capacity. Three of our rooms are off the private garden courtyard and one room is directly entered off the street – these rooms offer a more private experience to guests as they are removed from the interior common areas.
